Who do you send my resume to?
Your resume is sent to 3rd Party Recruiters, Search Firms, Independent Recruiters, Sourcers, Corporate Recruiters, Staffing Managers & Directors, Human Resources Representatives, Principals, Managers, Directors and VP’s. Currently we have over 100,000 contacts in our opt-in database.
Do you have international recruiters?
Yes. We have a few thousand recruiters and various HR contacts who place candidates internationally or work in countries outside The United States.

Do you have recruiters who work with recent college graduates?
Yes. There are staffing firms, corporate companies and independent recruiters in our database who specifically hire college graduates, entry-level individuals or candidates with only a few years experience.
I’m not relocatable. Do you have recruiters in my area?
Yes. We target by state. You can choose one state, multiple states or all states for your resume to be delivered to. Note that a good majority of recruiters work on open positions nationally. It may make sense for you to send your resume to recruiters out of state. They may be able to network you into a position in your geographic location. RecruitChute has several state targeting options for you to choose from.
I want to relocate. Can you help me?
Yes. You can designate in our service that you are relocatable, and choose desirable locations to move to. You have many options for targeting recruiters and other contacts in our database by state. You can choose one state, multiple states or all states for your resume to be delivered to.
Can I get a list of the recruiters you sent my resume to?
Unfortunately no. As a part of our service to recruiters, we agree to keep their name and contact information confidential. We do however provide you with a report showing you the return on investment using RecruitChute that details companies that received your resume and other pertinent information. In addition, we offer our Industry Contacts Report, which is filled with hundreds of thousands of contacts.
What other types of services do you offer?
We offer several services that can enhance your exposure while using RecruitChute. These include the following:
- Increase Your Exposure by choosing multiple states or all states to deliver your resume. One state is included in our base price of $19.99. Each additional state is $1.99. We offer a package to send to ALL states for an additional $14.99. This will get your resume delivered to over 100,000 contacts in our database for maximum exposure.
- Inclusion on Social & Business Networks for increased exposure to thousands of additional recruiters. We have established private groups exclusively for recruiters on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The cost is $1.99.
- Protect Your Privacy with our confidential email address box option. For only $1.99, your personal information can be kept private from all recruiters and contacts in our database. Your resume will be delivered to our list with an email address ending in @recruitchute.com (for example candidate101@recruitchute.com). When a recruiter emails you at your confidential email, it will automatically forward to your regular email address. Now you can screen out potential companies, job opportunities, and stay private to current and past employers.
- Get Your Resume Delivered Twice in 30 Days to our list of recruiters and other contacts. Our list grows by thousands each month. For a small additional fee, we will email your resume out to our list of contacts 30 days after your original delivery, and include all new contacts added to our database. This can also increase your exposure by getting your resume back in front of our contacts for new job opportunities. The cost is $4.99.
How will I know when my resume has been sent?
Each order is sent out right after your order is completed in our system. You will receive an email confirming your order with us, and it will include your email and password to log into the Member Login area of RecruitChute as well as other important details.
What types of results can I expect?
Results will vary for each user of our service. Important factors that weigh in are background, years of experience, education, location, willingness to move or travel, and salary expectations. Our average email list by state consists of 2,000 contacts. Smaller populated states can have roughly 1,000 contacts, and larger populated states up to 5,000+ contacts. The more states you send your resume to, the more recruiters you get your resume in front of. More recruiters will give you a greater chance of success, and speed at which you land interviews and new job opportunities. Successful users of our site have had hundreds of emails and calls the first 2-3 days after the delivery of their resume to our list.
